Step 5: Enjoying the Process

I’m still implementing Step 4. I will stay it has been extremely helpful to have food planned out for the month essentially (compliments of recipe clippings) and other things simply written down.

My next step in my process of living live is to……..LIVE LIFE. It’s harder said than done. But I’m really trying to remind myself when I start getting wound up about stupid stuff: BE PRESENT. ENJOY THE PROCESS. So Step 5 is kind of “My Slicer” updated–> To be honest, enjoying the moment makes for a happier life. (I think?).

Anyhow, take a minute to breathe. Drink coffee at your desk in a coffee mug. Enjoy 6am sunlight on a Sunday…All that great stuff…LIVE!
